We had our largest sale ever 3/9/23. 903 head consigned. Dairy cows sold steady to lower. Top 2400 Clair Horst, Loyal. Many good cows 1350- 2000.

Springing Holstein heifers 1275- 1750. Opens 1.10- 1.25 / lb. Single birth Holstein heifer calves 35- 120.

Breeding bulls 850- 1650. Market bulls 95- 115.

Choice Holstein steers 138- 145. Beef cross up to 1.51.

Sold 54 bred beef cows 1100- 1800.

Sold 472 feeder cattle on a strong market. Holstein steers 1.05 – 152.50. Beef steers and heifers 1.50- 2.39. 20% of market cows sold 83- 95. 50% sold 70- 82 with only 2 cows under 42.50.

3x3x8 Alfalfa 85- 95. 3x3x8 Alfalfa grass mix 85- 115. Rounds and squares grass 55- 80. Baleage up to 70/ bale. Rounds bean stubble 40. Small squares grass 2- 5.75.

March 10th driving horse sale was well attended considering the weather. Overall, horses sold strong with 2 tops selling for 20,000 and 22,500.
