Not many quality heifers. Mostly going to feed lots 60- 75/lb. Top springer 1350. Single birth Holstein heifer calves10- 50.
Breeding bulls 850- 1425. Market bulls NT. Holstein bull calves 100- 145. Beef cross bull and heifer calves 160- 255.
Choice Holstein steers and heifers 108- 117. Beef heifers up to 123.50. Holstein feeder steers package 20 head 442 lbs @ 1.04. Beef cross feeders up to 1.35.
20% of market cows sold 60- 68. 40% sold 45- 59.
Very much a buyer’s market on good hay. 4th crop 3x3x8 grass/alfalfa mix $60. 3rd crop grass 3x3x8 45- 55. Rounds grass 25- 35. Rounds corn stalks 22.50. Bean stubble 20-25. Small squares grass 3- 3.50. Small squares straw $2
