Went to PA for a family reunion last weekend. Had an enjoyable time but it’s still a long way to drive!

No extreme top cows today. Many good cows 950- 1600.

Springing Holstein heifers 850- 1200. Open heifers 75- 95. Single birth Holstein heifer calves 10- 65.

Holstein breeding bulls 850- 1350. Market bulls 79- 92.

Choice and prime Holstein steers and heifers 108- 116.50. cross bred steers and heifers 110- 119. Holstein feeder steers 80- 110NT.

Calves sold sharply higher! Holstein bull calves100- 145/ head. Beef cross calves 170- 275.

Market cows steady. 20% sold 60.50- 72. Top 77. 50% sold 49- 59.50.

3- 750 lb sows $88 / CWT.

2nd crop Alfalfa large squares $225- $250 / ton. 2nd crop large squares grass mix 65-85/ bale. Round bales grass 45- 65. Rounds oat straw 30- 35/ bale.
