Sold 193 dairy cattle on a strong market! Top cows sold 2500 to 3400. Average cows selling 1900 to 2450.

Holstein springing heifers 2625 to 3050.Open heifers not well tested. 2 Registered Holstein calves sold 950 to 1000.

Feeder cattle sold steady to stronger. 493 lb. Fleckvieh strs 2.375. Blk strs 615 at 2.17. 758 lb. red strs 220. 857 lb. Fleck cross strs 1.85.

Angus breeding bulls 2100 to 3200. Several bred beef cows 1300 to 1625.

Beef cross bull calves 760 to 885. Heifer calves 700 to 795. Holstein bull calves over 90 lbs. 465 to 555. Under 90 mostly 430 to 460.

Market cows topped at 1.28 but bulk of cows sold 1.01 to 1.17. Low yielding cows 74 to 99.

The hay market is very saturated with 1st crop hay. Good clean 1st crop mostly selling 25-35 for squares and rounds. Sold some fancy 2nd cropo grass 62.50 to 82.50. Canadian wheat straw 55 to 60. Local 3×4 wheat straw 60. Small squares 2nd crop grass alfalfa $4 / bale.
